The Lloyd E. Russell Foundation, a tax exempt, 501 (c)(3) corporation, was established by Mr. Russell to promote unity, visibility and self esteem within the gay, bi, lesbian, transgendered, questioning (GBLTQ) and leather communities and to promote a positive image in the Atlanta area and throughout the Southeastern United States through community activities and services
The Foundation provides members of the GBLTQ and leather community with assistance for activities and programs which enhance mental and physical health, provide social support and foster an awareness of the past and current contributions of the GBLTQ/leather community.
There are no fundraising efforts nor are outside contributions accepted.
Throughout the year, grants will be distributed to individuals, agencies and organizations at the discretion of the foundation.
Additionally, a program has been initiated whereby individuals, agencies and organizations can request funds for specific purposes
